I can only have a 1-gallon aquarium in my dorm room, and am wondering what kind of fish, and how many I can keep in it. I want the fish to be comfortable in the space.
I have four bettas, each of which are in one gallon bowls at home. They are thriving just fine. One of them is five years old.

I hate my fucking koi fish. That bitch always horny and want to suck the private part of my goldfish. My goldfish run away but the koi always follow to suck. Any help plz?
I only have 2 fish, both of them in a small tank. The koi fish is way smaller than my long time goldfish (10 years old).

I have a placostomus (sp) sucker fish and for some odd reason he keeps moving my plants. I’m trying to root them, but it is hard to. Once one did root and he went after the roots. I do feed him twice a day so he won’t be eating my plants. So, how can I get him to not do that?

I have 3 angel fish and 3 black widow tetra’s, and when i turn my light on, its as though they are stunned and just stay at the bottom, when i turn my light off, they are back to normal.

Well I dont know what kinda fish I have but all I know is that they’re small tropical fish.. One always chases the other but I cant see if it nips at it.. I dont know what gender they are either so I cant know if they can mate. I hear that fish can change gender (and no they arent betas). So how do I know when they’re mating?
I think both my fish are a Molly fry.. How do you know if they’re mating?!

I do not want to buy here goldfish because they die to quickly. I am leaning towards buying a couple of clown fish and a couple of beta fish but I am not sure.
Wow people…it sounds like you think my daughter posted this question. I know their not “toys or decorations” and I am sorry that I did not do my research but this would the first time I would have to take care of fish as well. Thanks for no help and I hope that you don’t answer questions like that all the time a-hole.
