Can you use swordfish to make fish tacos?

I love swordfish and I love fish tacos, but can you make fish tacos using swordfish or is it just not the right kind of fish? We have company coming over tonight and we have beautiful swordfish steaks and I’m having a Mexican food craving!

    Yes just remember swordfish takes a good bit more cooking than Tuna and the uncooked flesh is rather bitter unlike tuna also.

    absolutely…the best fish tacos are made from white fishes…swordfish, mahi mahi, even halibut
