I have a few different types of fish to choose from, and i was wondering what the best ones to steam are. I know tuna, bass, and such, but anything else? Also , just to check, you cant steam fish that been frozen, right?

FishI love talapia. That is an excellent one, and just about the only fish I eat. I have to fry it to make it taste good, though. I’m looking for fish that’s good on the grill(watching my fat intake), tastes good, and with not a lot of bones. Thanks.

I bought some really fresh tuna. I was wondering how many days I can keep it in the fridge, and still have it fresh enough to use for sashimi/sushi?
I assume the texture will change if I freeze and then thaw it, so I don’t want to do that if possible.
