FishI love swordfish and I love fish tacos, but can you make fish tacos using swordfish or is it just not the right kind of fish? We have company coming over tonight and we have beautiful swordfish steaks and I’m having a Mexican food craving!

FishMy mother used to make fried fish occasionally, but I couldn’t handle the smell. If I bake the fish, will the smell be as strong? Is there a smell free way to prepare fish?MateMediaSoft

Fish
I have difficulty choosing the kind of fish to cook. I always wonder what type of fish to order in the restaurant, sometimes I get unlucky by ordering the wrong type of fish.
Your advice please!!!

FishMy girlfriend doesn’t eat ANY seafood, but agreed to try. Is there a fish that isn’t too “fishy”. Maybe a certain way of preparing it to get rid of the fishy flavor. Thanks!youtube friend adder

FishI am looking for a fish that I can broil/bake/sautee/etc. that would stay together well enough to dip into a fondue. Any info on the different types of fish and the best way to cook/prepare them would be great! Also, if you know of a cooking method that would potentially keep salmon together [...]

FishDo I have to use sushi-grade or fresh fish to make ceviche, or can I use thawed out frozen fish? I have heard of using frozen shrimp for ceviche, but I plan on making a white fish ceviche.
Ceviche is cooked with the acid of the lemon. I want to make sure it would [...]
