I know if I pour it into water it’ll just float on the top but i still find it a lot easier to swallow like that because there’s so much liquid I barely notice the oil. But would this dilute the effect of the fish oil in any way? Would it still work properly? Thanks!

Free Screensavers

Fish

I hear that there are many health benefits to eating fish. However, there are many different varieties to choose from. When I go to the grocery store, I’d like a fish that I can plop on my George Foreman grill and eat. What’s the healthiest type of fish that I can buy at the grocery store and what seasonings do you recommend? I’m going to avoid tartar sauce because it’s unhealthy.

Street Fighter: The Later Years
