it will be hard to fool anyone because the texture of fish is quite different to that of other meat.
you can hide the taste with spices, such as curry.

i’d justt make salmon in the oven with garlic and salt and get them to taste, if they like it. great, if not… have a bit of chicken prepared. i wouldnt want to “lie” to my grandma about food.

I was on Red lobster website today it said something crab something but anyways it looked just like fish i didnt know the diffrence. So maybe you should search the website though for it. But my sister she hates to try anything so my mom had brought home some alligator and we told her it was chicken turned out she liked it lol. So maybe you should tell them it is something else or call it whatever it was on the Red lobster site hope i helped
