How long will cooked chicken and fish last in fridge?

I am planning on starting a diet and want to pre-cook chicken and fish for my meals so I don’t have to cook, how long will it last in an airtight container and in baggies?

    you really don’t want to keep fish. chicken will last up to 3 days tho. probably longer, but it is not recommended you keep any leftover longer than that in the fridge. however either would last quite a while in the freezer.

    1 week limit. always smell it, if it smells weird(spoiled or sour) throw it out.
