Your ballast is already grounded by the ground wire that goes to your 3 prong plug.  You don&#039;t need any more grounding than that.  If you want to do anything more, install a Ground-Fault-Interrupter, so you don&#039;t get electrocuted mixing water with electricity.  Those are the only things you can do here.</description>
