I have some 2-3 year old saltwater clownfish and every once in a while they will go crazy (wiggling, swimming funny, etc.) They do it alot, and have never had any serious problems. Try feeding them, or check the salinity of your water (How much salt is in it and all that stuff).
I wouldn’t worry about it too much though.

Maybe he’s just happy you are in the room to feed him.
they are just trying to keep there balance because some fish have different fins and might wiggle alot.

That might depend on how and where it wiggles.
I’ve had some freshwater and saltwater fish that would swim up to the glass whenever I walked by and “wiggled”, but they only did this when I was near the tank. This type of wiggling can mean “I recognize you as the person who feeds me!” whether they are actually hungry or not. If this is what yours does, you have to be careful you don’t overfeed them, because it’s easy to do when they look like they’re begging. They should only get what they can eat in 2-3 minutes twice a day (you can divide this toat amount up if you like, so you can give them a “between meals treat” as long as you don’t feed more than they should get in one day.
Then there’s a “wiggle” where they swim fast and rub up against things in the tank (they’ll do this whether you’re by the tank or not) and this can mean they have a parasite or infection that itches and needs to be treated. This type of wiggling is called flashing.
Some egglaying fish dig a shallow nest in the gravel by “wiggling”, but this is done in an upright positions and with the bottom of their body and tail rather than their sides, so you can tell it apart from flashing.

it could be he has itch if he has white spots on fins and body. most likely the fish is just swimming or swimming awau from the filter which could be pushing him down. probably normal.
