What is the best way to transport my fish home?

Fish
I recently received a bunch of fish. I have gotten a second tank so that I can divide the fish and put them in their proper amounts. I mean put them in the proper numbers because they are all schooling fish. Well the high for Wednesday is 45. Should I be concerned about them? And is there something specific I should do to keep them warm enough? They are all fresh water fish.

How far is the pets store ? You should be okay if you go from the pet store straight home . I bought a couple of fishes last week and the high temp was 25 .I live about a 30min drive from the pets store and the fishes were okay .

I had a couple of friends who lived in hot areas. Fortunately, their fish lived longer than mine could times ten. When it got reallly hot they would drop in a couple of ice cubes to match the color with the temperature chart attached to their tank.
Hope this helps
I would ask a vet, too.

private jet would probably be best
Would be fast, with a constant temperature

Are you transporting your fish in bags? It always helps if you can put the bags into a cooler in your car (not your trunk) to keep the temperature more stable. The insulation will help a lot.
