You can steam any fish, frozen or not, but the taste will come out different.  Of course the best taste would be fresh fish.
White stripe bass is the best I found.  catfhish is good too only if it is big because after steam, you need to take off all of its skin.  If it is a small catfish then there is not much left to eat.
Use Chinese recipe for steam fish with ginger, green onion, soy sauce and white wine is the best.</description>
